Offices A majority of the floors above ground are offices of some kind. Military, Economic, Science, Intel, and Political Divisions all have their offices between floors 15 and 37, the Highest ranking officers from all divisions naturally are closer the top of the building.

Training Grounds A massive Field surrounded by barbed wire fences that lies behind the administration building. Here you can commonly find Soldats and other Kommadant members Training themselves and their Pokémon.

Intel Division Lying beneath the building in the Underground levels is where the Intel Division does all their dirty work. Harsh Intterogations, Brain washing and all forms of cruelty happens here. You will tell us what we want to know. Eventually.

The Shadow Lab Science Division Have many labs throughout the building. However, the most important ones are found below the ground. All of the Shadow Pokemon Research and Creation is located in the most secure part of the building, Unhackable, uncrackable, and completely fool-proof.
